This 4DLCD TFT-LCD module is available in two versions: a 0.9″ model with TN (Twisted Nematic) technology and a 0.96″ model featuring IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology. Both versions are high-quality colour active matrix displays. Each module features a vibrant colour TFT-LCD panel, a precise driver IC, a flexible FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit), and an efficient backlight unit. With a display resolution of 80×160 pixels, these modules support a rich colour palette of up to 262K colours, delivering clear and vivid images. The 0.9″ TN version excels in providing sharp and vibrant visuals, while the 0.96″ IPS version offers wide viewing angles and consistent colour reproduction.

Both options are fully compliant with RoHS environmental standards, ensuring adherence to stringent environmental regulations.
